Victoria

Victoria grew up in the forests of Washington with her 4 siblings. Her favorite hobbies included drawing, writing poetry, singing, and hanging out with friends. When she was 18, she moved to California for a few years, then back to Washington, and began working as a mail carrier. After 6 years in the U.S. Postal Service, she joined the U.S. Coast Guard. During her time in the military, she has lived in Texas and Virginia and is currently serving in Oregon.
Currently, Victoria is enrolled at American Military University and working towards a bachelor's in Science and at a local community college for an associate's degree in Art.
Her current hobbies are now hiking, camping and traveling, writing, gardening, and riding her motorcycle. But still drawing and singing!

Kaja

Kaja was adopted from the Humane Society of Cowlitz County in Vancouver, Washington, on March 26th, 2021.
Though she was nervous about being with new humans, her spunky and intelligent personality shone through.
Kaja was found seriously malnourished on a highway in Longview and brought to the shelter, where she was for a month before being adopted. Where she came from and what happened before being adopted is still a mystery, but it was clear that she had been with a family because of her good manners.
(She already knew how to sit, lay down, etc.!)
At first, Kaja was apprehensive about other dogs and didn't get along too well with them, but after becoming a regular at the local dog parks, she now loves playing with other dogs.
Since being adopted, Kaja has gained 10 pounds, and you can no longer see her ribs and hip bones. She's grown into a healthy, gorgeous, confident, expressive little lady.
Her hobbies include fetch, walks, playing at dog parks, barking, and hiking.
